Breeden Benefit Group Mascots

For 12 years, Copper and Pepper have been the heart of our office, bringing a calm, grounding presence to everyone they met. Their quiet companionship offered a sense of peace, loyalty, and warmth that made even the most stressful days a little easier.

Then, in December of 2022, Bullet arrived full of energy, mischief, and puppy chaos. It didn’t take long for Pepper and Copper to realize that this wild new addition was here to stay. They accepted him as their little brother, and the trio became an inseparable part of our office family.

Sadly, on July 14, 2025, our beloved Pepper passed away. His absence has left a deep and undeniable void in our hearts and in our space. The silence in the spots he once napped in and the moments we still instinctively call his name are gentle reminders of how deeply he was loved.

But just as grief settled in, a new light appeared, a tiny puppy who’s been affectionately named Princess Pepper. While she will never replace the original Pepper, her playful spirit and tender presence have brought comfort and a little healing to our hearts.

Tears are still shed. Pepper’s name is still said. But his memory will always live in the offices of Breeden Benefit Group in the stories we share, the quiet moments we remember, and now, in the paws of Princess Pepper, who carries his name with pride.

In Loving Memory of Pepper

BBG Mascot, Loyal Companion, Forever Family

For 12 unforgettable years, Pepper wasn’t just a pet, he was family. A constant presence in our lives, a best friend through every season, and one of Breeden Benefit Group’s proud mascots. He brought joy not only to my home, but to the office, where his gentle spirit and loving nature touched everyone who met him.

Whether he was stretched out on the couch like he owned it, trotting into the room with his signature charm, or quietly offering comfort after a long day Pepper had a way of making life better. He gave us so much love and asked for nothing but your company in return.

Saying goodbye to him has left a hole in our hearts that words can’t fill. In his final moments, he was wrapped in love, dignity, and peace just as he deserved. His passing is felt not just by me, but by his brothers Copper and Bullet, who miss him dearly, and by the BBG family who knew him as more than just a mascot but as a symbol of loyalty, warmth, and unwavering companionship.

Pepper, thank you for every tail wag, every nuzzle, every day you made brighter. You were so much more than a dog. You were a friend, a protector, a mascot, and a soul we’ll never forget.

Run free, sweet boy.
Your pawprints are forever in our hearts.
We’ll carry your memory at home, at work, and everywhere in between. ❤️  🐾
